You’ve been matched with your monthly pod!

A monthly pod is a small accountability group inside the Phoenix Community that matches APOE4 carriers with similar profiles so they can share protocols, track experiments together, and provide peer support. Pods reduce the isolation many APOE4 carriers feel and make it easier to stay consistent with prevention routines. Each month members are re-matched into a new pod to expand their connections within the community while maintaining fresh accountability partnerships.

Once matched, you will receive a Direct Message inside the Circle app that connects you with your pod members for the month. Open the Circle app, navigate to your Direct Messages, and look for a new thread that introduces your pod. From there you can start conversations, share progress, discuss experiments, and set up check-ins. If you do not see a message, confirm you have notifications enabled and check your notification settings within Circle.

APOE4 prevention requires consistent long-term behavior change, which is much harder to sustain alone. Monthly pods give members a small, intimate group where they can share what is working, troubleshoot what is not, and hold each other accountable. Unlike large forums, pods create the trust and connection needed for honest conversations about symptoms, fears, and setbacks. The monthly rotation keeps relationships fresh and gradually connects every member with the broader community over time.
