Monthly pods are small accountability groups inside the Phoenix Community that match APOE4 carriers based on shared genetics, habits, environment, and goals. Each month members are re-matched so they build new connections across the community while maintaining fresh accountability partnerships. The matching logic is intentional, since interventions tend to work better among people with similar health profiles. Pod members receive a Direct Message in the Circle app announcing their new pod, then can message each other to share experiments, progress, and support.

Notifications in the Circle app can be customized per space so you stay informed about the discussions that matter most without feeling overwhelmed by every update. Open the Circle app, navigate to the specific space, and adjust the notification settings to choose between all posts, mentions only, or none. You can also manage email digest frequency from your account settings. This lets you tune the firehose down to only the topics, pods, and threads you care about without missing your monthly pod Direct Message.
